How long does processing take?

All pieces are made to order. Standard processing is 7–14 business days for ready-to-wear and 4–12 weeks for custom garments or couture pieces.


Do you accept rush orders?

Yes. Rush requests are accepted based on availability. A rush fee will apply and will be determined at consultation.

 

Sizing & Fit

How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort or booking a virtual fitting consultation.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.


How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days after processing. International shipping times vary by location.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

 

Because all pieces are handmade to order, returns are not accepted.

 

Custom & Couture

How do custom pieces work?

After booking your consultation, we’ll review inspiration, fabrics, your measurements, and the design direction. You’ll receive a quote and production timeline before work begins.

 

Do you require a consultation fee?

Yes. A $100 consultation is required and deducted from the final garment cost.


How far in advance should I order a couture gown?

We recommend 3–6 months in advance for bridal and couture designs.

 

 


Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my corset or gown?

 

Spot clean only. Avoid machine washing. For bridal and couture pieces, professional dry cleaning is recommended.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Afterpay/Klarna (if enabled), and PayPal.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, installment options are determined during consultation.
